Tor Marancia, Rome – Part I

This series of street art photos depicts murals from a peripheral district called Tor Marancia in Rome, Italy. Renowned artists have been invited to participate in project “Big City Life”Β and to paint whole city-block facades in this area. The project wants to use street art to revitalise neighbourhoods and stimulate community ties.

After you arrive at the Tor Marancia/Arcadia bus station you will see three giant murals by Seth, Vhils and Jaz. Each mural has a sign with its title, name of the artist and additional information about the used mediums – therefore it looks like a gallery exhibition.
