By Pantonio

Beautiful mural  by Portuguese artist Pantonio in Tor Marancia, Rome, Italy.
The piece titled “Il Ponentino (The West Wind)”depicts fishes and whales wildly floating on the facade,  almost beyond the wall’s limits. The title refers to a typical Roman wind that has been present during the making of this mural. Pantonio used shades of blue and turquoise to create this dreamlike picture.

“Il Ponentino” is one of my favourite works from Tor Marancia, it reminds me of carefree summers and swimming with the creatures of the ocean. I chose this mural for today because the Pisces are my zodiacal sign and it is my birthday today.
