Who is Smates ?
Bart Smeets aka Smates is a Belgian artist based in a small Belgian town of Mechelen.
Yesterday you could take a look at one of Smates’ murals – where he depicted a very realistic dog while diving.
Smates attracted attention to his person after painting this amazing mural in Brussels.
It is an amazing work where Smates transforms a motorway pillar into a tank for a Great White shark!
